If you like weight loss challenges with prizes, well you're in for a treat. Not everyone likes competition, so these are optional...we like to keep these fun.

We don't guilt people into submission. We believe guilt is counter-productive. We believe in systems, tweaking, and empowerment. We also will not let you guilt yourself.
