Meet Helen:

That's me, Helen. I work 40+ hours a week and take care of my family...I just don't have a lot of time to prepare food and exercise! 

If I could describe myself in one word, it would be "exhausted"! I have read every diet out there but no matter what I do, I just seem to lose the same 5-10 pounds over and over again. 

by the time I get home from work I just can't get myself to go to the gym and usually end up eating out or making something quick and convenient.

No matter what I do, I always seem to let myself down. I have lost a lot of weight only to gain it all back because I get bored with my lifestyle and can't seem to stick to my plan.


I'm Natalia and like my good friend Helen I too use to struggle with my weight. Now, healthy eating and exercise comes easy to me...but it wasn't always that way! 

If I told you just how much junk I use to put in my body, you wouldn't believe me. 

My Friends think I am just blessed with good genes and supernatural willpower...but That couldn't be further from the truth. 

I have average genes, maybe even below-average genes, but I have mastered some simple strategies which allow me to get consistent results!

I use to hate exercise, now I actually look forward to me, I never thought that was possible.

​I use to dread hopping on the scale, my mood would swing wildly from blissful to miserable depending on the number on the scale...

Now I eat foods I love, I don't beat myself up for drinking a glass or two of fact, I don't beat myself up at all anymore! I use to try to guilt myself into being I'm 100% guilt and shame-free.
