Metabolic Renewal Review – Does It Work? How’s It Different?

In this Metabolic Renewal review, my goal is to show you what you get in the program and help you determine if it's right for you.

Metabolic Renewal is Dr. Jade Teta's newest weight loss program exclusively for women. Very soon I will be doing a complete breakdown of the program, specifically breaking down, what's inside and what you can expect.

Having recommended and personally used Dr. Jade Teta's Metabolic Prime Program since its launch, I know first hand just how amazingly well his fitness programs work.

Before you move on, start by taking the hormone type quiz. Click the button below, then once you click through your answers, you'll be taken to your results and then eventually, you'll be given the option to purchase the program...which I highly recommend, below you'll see why. For now, just take the quiz by clicking the button below:

How Is Metabolic Renewal Different?

Below you'll see a portion of the first workout video of the program, in it, Dr. Jade Teta describes the key factor that makes Metabolic Renewal the ideal fat loss system for women...

If you're already a fan of Metabolic Prime more Dr. Jade Teta's books, The Metabolic Effect Diet and Lose Weight Here, you'll see that the format of the workouts is similar, however, the Metabolic Renewal program goes above and beyond just providing workouts, it's a complete lifestyle program designed to regulate the female metabolism by lowering the hormones that cause weight loss resistance and raising the hormones that stimulate the metabolism.

Here's a snippet of the first Metabolic Renewal workout where you'll hear Dr. Jade explain what the ultimate goal of the program is:

The key message is that how you eat and exercise will alter the hormones that tell the body whether to store fat or burn fat, the diet, lifestyle, and exercise program are designed to balance the whole female body in such a way so that hunger drops, cravings evaporate, metabolism burns bright, and mood is uplifted.

Here's a MUCH more comprehensive discussion on the science of burning fat SPECIFICALLY for women, I really encourage you to watch the whole video, especially if you are a woman whose body just will not let go of the fat...

Let's Get Into The Review Of The Program

First, let's talk about value. I have purchase practically every BeachBody program on the market, and I can tell you that Metabolic Renewal is an amazing value compared to the $100-$200 you'd spend on comparable a Beachbody workout program like T25 or P90X. Metabolic Renewal costs just $37, and you are getting a complete program including meal plans, workouts, progress tracker, calander, and more...

What Exactly Do You Get For $37?

The program is designed to be a 12-week transformational program. The program is available entirely online, where you get instant access or, alternatively, they offer an upgrade to the online program, plus DVDs.

I only purchased the online version because I prefer to stream my workouts on Apple TV, so I just opted for the online version. I don't recall what the price was for the DVDs, but I don't believe it was much more expensive.

Below is a screen-capture of the members area, as you can see, it's broken down into a "Start Here" tab where you get the 30,000 foot view. Then there are four phases:

Phase 1 (Weeks 1-3): Harmonize: To restore hormones, awaken the metabolism, and build fitness

Phase 2 (Weeks 4-6): Inspire: To increase energy, improve mood, and accelerate fat burning.

Phase 3 (Weeks 7-9): Enhance:  To further enhance fat burning, relieve brain fog, and improve libido.

Phase 4 (Weeks 10-12) Symphony: To focus on tightening and strengthening the muscles, attack trouble areas, and shape the body.

Look through the page below, and then I'll let you see what's in the Metabolic Roadmap, Metabolic Meals, and Bonuses:

The Metabolic Roadmap:

When you first get into Metabolic Renewal review the Roadmap downloadable eBook first...

Here's how it's described in the members area:

"If you have felt like you are following all the so called “rules” and not getting any results, it is because you have been following the wrong rules for you. Well, you are in luck because the Metabolic Roadmap is about to change your life!

This will be your bible for understanding and adapting to your Hormone Type. Dr. Jade carefully lays out exactly how to adjust your 4Ms (metabolic workouts, meals, mindset, and movement) to work best with your body.

And don’t worry. This isn’t a biology text book. You don’t need a PhD to understand your own body. This Roadmap is written in a way that’s easy to digest and implement. You just review each section of the 4M framework and follow the step-by-step customizations he provides for your hormone type."

The Metabolic Meal Plans

This little handbook is 50 pages, and I have to say, I really like how it's laid out. It provides a quick and easy-to-understand write up describing the process and then provides shake recipes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes and a calendar for implementation.

Best of all, I really like the framework they deliver for choosing foods. It really does allow you to build your own meal plans as time goes on and isn't overly restrictive.

Will The Metabolic Renewal Program Work?

All hype aside, the answer is "for most women, yes." I have been helping people with weight loss for over 15 years now and most people take an approach the does not serve their metabolism or their hormones. Dr. Jade Teta knows hormones better than any fat loss pro that I know, and he's passionate about out. He sits on a couch on a sunny Saturday and reads about hormones, I know him personally and he does. More importantly, he actually cares about people and the products that he puts out. If you follow the program, you will likely be very happy with the results!

The Downsides To Metabolic Renewal

The workouts are short, in fact, they're just 15 minutes...which is one thing I love! But that is a rough 15 minutes in your day because you are pushing hard. So, be ready to burn.

The second thing is the sales process is a bit excruciating! The sales videos are long and they don't give you the buy button until you're like 15 minutes in, I hate that. That being said, the program is worth sitting through the sales pitch. If all else fails, just let it run in the background while you do work.

For now, those are the two biggest downsides to the program. All I can say is it's $37 well spent. Please post any questions below and I'll try to answer them for you!

The Metabolic Renewal Review Summary

  1. Metabolic Renewal is a complete diet, lifestyle, and exercise program specifically for women.
  2. The goal of the program is to send the right signals to the body so that the hormones are balanced in such a way that promote a healthy metabolism, mood, hunger and cravings.
  3. The exercise program is broken down into 4 stages over 12 weeks. The workouts are short (15 minutes) but very intense. The only equipment you need is some hand weights or exercise bands (hand weights are recommended)
  4. Recipes and meal plans are included as is a guide to the program.
  5. The cost is $37 (one time) and well worth the expense - to buy the program you must first take the Hormone Type Quiz which you can take right now by clicking here.
  6. The sales video is long, and they don't give you an option to skip it, but the program is worth the inconvenience of sitting through it. If you're busy, just play it in the background and do your work, although, you will learn some useful stuff.
