William James wrote “To change one’s life: Start immediately. Do it flamboyantly. No exceptions.” This advice could not be more true for someone who is trying to lose weight! Nothing happens until you do something!

We have this ridiculous American tradition when it comes to weight loss.
- First we get a diet book
- Then we decide that we have FINALLY found the solution to our weight problem
- Then we decide to implement it…Just not today. No, we gather up some friends and all decide to BEGIN ON MONDAY!
I am here to tell you that THERE IS NO MONDAY FOR YOU!
At the risk of sounding like a “New Age Guru” there is only NOW! Begin right now, not tomorrow, not 2 minutes from now. Do something, do ANYTHING, but DO IT RIGHT NOW.
