White Chocolate Smoothie (low carbs!)

This is super simple with few ingredients but loaded with a yummy subtle flavor! A new Torani syrup!


1 scoop TopForm Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tablespoons sugar-free Torani White Chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
Sugar substitute to taste


Mix in blender to desired consistency. I like to add 2 T. liquid egg whites too to make it more frothy. That’s completely optional though. You can also make it creamier by adding 1/4 cup 40-calorie Almond Milk.

Nutrition: TBD (I’ll do this later, but it’s very low)

Includes both casein and whey protein! 🙂 Low carb, low cal, and very good!
